EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by lodging your return here.
• All return requests must be completed within this period. We will not accept any return requests that fall outside of this time frame.
• Once you have notified us, you must return the item(s) to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal.
• Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed upon prior.
• Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging). You are permitted to handle items only to the extent necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and fit.

REFUND PROCESSING

• We will withhold the refund until we receive and inspect the items.
• If items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess them (e.g., worn, washed, tags removed, or not in a resalable condition), we reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund reflecting the diminished value or to reject your return and withhold the refund.
• You will be notified of any deduction or cancellation prior to or at the time your refund is processed.
• Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
